The Help by Laure and Lou-Anne

Synopsis:

On the one hand, the help is a true story realized by Tate Taylor in 2011. The scene takes place in Mississippi during the 60's, the years of movements of the civil rights. Indeed, Blacks and whites people didn't the same rights. Black people are made by the society they have an different lifestyle from white people. Servants as made considered as slaves of their white boss, they are submissive and inferior to them.
During the movie, Skeeter is a southern society girl. She decides to interview the black women who have spent their lives taking care of prominent southern families in order to fulfill her dream to become a writer. Indeed, Aibileen Clark and Miny Jackson cooperate anonymously for the project of Sketter. As well as several blacks domestics of the city. Thus, Aibileen, baby-sit the children who forsaken by her parents and educate them, and Minny, a cooker are two black women who work as a servants in a white family. What’s more, family white’s women fell above society. They are constantly well dressed. What's more, they smoke frequently in order to assert their independence. Nevertheless, they pay attention to other people’s eyes, they don’t want to be judge.

Film critic:

On the other hand, about the criticism of this movie, we enjoy this film. It was a beautiful story who speaks to us that it is difficult to be black during the 60's in America. It is an interesting and touching subject as well.
Secondly, different characters are very endearing. Especially the character's skeeter interpreted by Emma stone because she is open minded with all the people and she has a good behavior about the racism. She listens to everyone .That's why she is represented as a beautiful person. Moreover, we like the character of miny Jackson because of her cheerfulness despite her difficult lifestyle.
For that matter, several emotions are felt during the movie. Indeed, we have been affected by the true story, we felt sadness. Nevertheless, there were different comic scenes like cake's Minny or the toilets put in Hilly's garden by skeeter.
Iconic scene:
Finally, several scenes impact the story of the movie. Actually, we have been touched by one of the last scene because of the emotion transmitted at that moment. This was the moment where Aibileen was fired by her white boss, Elizabeth. So, the black domestic was forced to abandon Elizabeth’s daughter, Mae Mobley. This scene is the most powerful part of the movie because their relationship was very touching. During the movie, Elizabeth didn’t take care of his daughter. That's why Aibileen educate Mae Mobley. On the last scene with Aibileen and the little girl, they repeat together "you is smart, you is kind, you is important", it was a sentence that the black domestic had learned from Mae Mobley. When she leaves the family, Aibileen and Mae Mobley are crying. Moreover, that little girl is so cute and it's nice to see that she loves Aibileen as a mother.

Maybe, this scene refers to Skeeter's childhood, when she her mother fired the domestic who have educate Skeeter. Perhaps, Mae Mobley will grow up to be someone like Skeeter.
